Colorado College has partnered with OneTrust to develop Speak Up Colorado College, an anonymous reporting platform set to launch in Block 5.
An anonymous, third-party reporting resource provides a way for all members of the CC community to confidentially speak up, share their perspectives, ask challenging questions, and raise concerns about behaviors that conflict with the values of the organization without fear of retaliation. This is all done while protecting individuals who bring concerns forward.
Concerns can cover a variety of topics, including, but not limited to:
- Misuse of college assets or funds
- Misuse of confidential information
- Violations of giving and receiving of gifts covered under the Code of Ethical Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy
- Retaliation from any member of the college for bringing a concern forward
- Discrimination or harassment, including violations of Title IX and Title VII
- Violation of any college policy or handbook rules or regulations
As part of the
Work of the College series, two Roadshow events are planned for staff, faculty, and students, to better understand third-party reporting and how this new resource fits into college processes:
Report (What, When, Whom): Anonymous Reporting, Ombuds, Official Complaints (Title IX/Title VII)
- Wednesday, Jan. 18, 1-2 p.m., Bemis Great Hall
- Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2-3 p.m., South Hall
