We have some exciting IT updates to share with you today.
ITS has commenced the testing phase of Banner 9, the latest version of our integrated administrative software system. Thanks to our test group’s active participation and constructive feedback, we are still on track for Banner 9 to go live in 2024. Further updates and training opportunities will be provided as we progress.
In preparation for 2024, we are excited to announce the introduction of Service Desk Plus as our new ticketing system. Service Desk Plus will enhance our ability to handle IT support requests efficiently and provide better service to our community.
Please stay tuned for future communications regarding both Service Desk Plus and Banner 9. We aim to ensure a smooth transition for all users and look forward to your cooperation and feedback in this process.
