As we begin the 2024-25 academic year, please note that door access into academic and administrative buildings will be set as follows:

Academic Buildings

During a block – unlocked and open (green) from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
Block Breaks – locked and set to card access only (red)
- Card access:
  - Students: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m., seven days a week
  - Employees: 24/7

Administrative Buildings

During a block – unlocked and open (green) from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
Block Breaks – unlocked and open (green) from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday-Friday
Winter, Fall, and Spring Breaks – locked and set to card access only (red)
- Card access
  - Students: as appropriate
  - Employees: as appropriate

Residential Spaces

Residence Halls, Apartments, and Cottages are locked 24/7. A gold card must be used to access these spaces.

The hours for El Pomar Sports Center, Tutt Library, Worner Campus Center, Robson Arena, and the FAC are managed within the facilty. Please refer to each location for hours.

It is important to remember we all contribute to safety on our campus. If you observe suspicious activity, behavior, or circumstances, please report it as soon as possible to Campus Safety at 719-389-6707.
