Join CC Votes in celebrating National Voter Registration Day, Tuesday September 17! New Era Colorado will be in the Worner Campus Center from 12–2 p.m., with burritos and resources to get registered to vote.
First celebrated in 2012, National Voter Registration Day is a nonpartisan holiday that’s helped more than 5 million Americans register to vote! With the help of thousands of organizations and volunteers working together across the country, the holiday serves as a pre-election-season springboard that gets communities of every stripe #VoteReady to hit the polls in their next election.
No matter what party you support or what issues matter most to you, National Voter Registration Day is the perfect time to contribute to our shared American democracy. Registering to vote is quick, easy, and ensures that you will have the opportunity to exercise your right to vote in the next election. Students have the right to register to vote and vote in Colorado if they meet all eligibility requirements (detailed below).
You can find information on how to register to vote, vote, and how to get involved in campus get-out-the-vote efforts on the CCVotes page on the CCE website.
