A Strong Sense of Belonging during Homecoming Weekend
|
Last weekend was filled with memory-sharing and a strong sense of connection, culminating in the 150th Extravaganza and an incredible drone show sponsored by FSH Tech. With over 1,600 people on campus, CC was bustling with strength and unity. A huge thank you to the staff, faculty, and students who worked hard to make this weekend a success.

|
By Julia Fennell ’21
In just a few months, Maggie Mixer ’24 went from on-campus organizing to managing an entire campaign. When asked how, Mixer has three words: The Block Plan.

2024–26 Strategic Priorities and Goals for the FAC
|
Over the past several months, the staff of the FAC have been hard at work identifying the priorities and goals that will guide their efforts over the next two years. These priorities—Visibility, Engagement, and Sustainability—are designed to strengthen the center’s identity as a cultural leader, enhance its impact in our communities, and ensure long-term organizational resilience and success.
Visibility: We will actively communicate our identity and priorities to unify perceptions, strengthen community connections, and enhance our role as a cultural leader in the arts.
Engagement: We will create a dynamic, collaborative environment that not only strengthens internal synergies across programming areas but also broadens our reach and impact within our communities.
Sustainability: We will ensure long-term success and resilience by strengthening financial sustainability to the resources needed to pursue ambitious goals, and operational sustainability to the resources needed to support staff, deliver high-quality programs, and continue fulfilling our mission.
