Snow Day is a packed weekend of winter fun for those who haven’t yet had the opportunity to try outdoor snow sports. Over the course of two days, Outdoor Education will take up to 100 students from traditionally underrepresented groups to the mountains for a day of sledding, snowshoeing, skiing, or snowboarding and lots of fun! And it’s all FREE!
Registration for Snow Day will open promptly at 8 a.m. TOMORROW, Friday, Feb. 7 on the Outdoor Education SUMMIT (link below).

Now, let’s dive into the details (full info on SUMMIT)!
|
- Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot – we will begin assigning students to groups on Friday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. and will assign on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled.
- Preference will be given to students who have not previously attended Snow Day. That said, if you have attended, please still consider applying as there may be spots available.
- If given a spot, please mark your calendar for the mandatory Pre-Trip Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 4 p.m. in Cornerstone Screening Room.
