Completely student run, Cutler Publications oversees The Catalyst, a student newspaper published every Friday; Cipher, a bimonthly long-form magazine; the Colorado Collective Outdoor Journal (CCOJ), an outdoor-focused magazine published once a school year; The Leviathan, a bimonthly magazine for student poetry, prose, and visual art; and Anamnesis, CC’s biannual student-edited philosophy journal.

Ruth Barton founded Cutler Publications as a legally independent non-profit to protect student publications from external influences. Covering campus news stories to opinion pieces, philosophy and poetry, photography and comics — Cutler serves the CC community with publications engaging and supportive of all creative mediums. CC Chamber Orchestra is holding auditions for string, wind, and percussion players on Wednesday, Sep. 3 in Packard Hall, Room 17.  The orchestra rehearses each Tuesday from 7:30-9 p.m. in Packard Performance Hall, and the Fall Concert will be on Tuesday, Dec. 9. 

To audition, please bring a short piece or excerpt you feel demonstrates how you play, and you will be asked to do a little sight reading. No pressure, only fun! Contact Dan Brink with questions, or schedule your audition today.

Gathering Place, opening Saturday, Sep. 6, is the first comprehensive reinstallation of the museum’s first-floor galleries in nearly a decade.
