The Office of Communications & Marketing invites you to the next Work of the College: Brand Refresh Miniseries session, Brand Expression in Digital: CC’s Web Refresh, an inside look at the next chapter of Colorado College’s digital presence. Join us Thursday, Oct. 23, from 3-4 p.m. in Bemis Great Hall.
This session will introduce the elevated Web & Digital Experience Program at CC – its purpose, objectives, and focus initiatives—while showcasing how it supports our shared goal of sharing CC’s story in engaging, interactive, and accessible ways. You’ll learn how the Brand Refresh is applied to our website, what the website refresh project entails (and what it doesn’t), and how it will enhance our ability to express CC’s distinctive voice and visual identity online. OCM’s Web & Digital Experience Program Director Mark Lee will walk through the overall project timeline and offer a few exciting sneak previews of what’s to come.
You’ll also hear how CC is ensuring quality and consistency through a robust testing process. From sitewide accessibility checks and design validation to page-level reviews, this collaborative effort will rely on the participation of web authors across campus. The session will outline what to look for when previewing your pages, how to report issues, and the timeline for submitting feedback.
Whether you manage web content, contribute digital materials, or simply want to understand how CC’s digital ecosystem is evolving, this event will provide a first look at how our refreshed website reflects who we are and how we connect as a community.
