Starting in mid-January, you will notice significant updates to the Personal Information and Employee tabs when you log into Self Service Banner (SSB). Employees will have access to a new employee dashboard, and all users will see a new personal information dashboard. This upgraded version of Banner is faster, easier to navigate, mobile friendly, and features a dashboard-style layout that puts everything you use in one place.
Banner 9 Self Service is now available for you to explore in a testing environment, containing data from the previous day. You are free to make any changes you would like—nothing you do in the test environment will affect the live Banner system. Please keep in mind that any changes you make in the test environment will be overwritten when production data refreshes overnight.
Note that the Banner 9 test environment is only available on campus. It is not accessible off campus.

Personal Information Dashboard
After clicking the link to the Banner 9 test environment, go to the Personal Information tab and click on the personal information dashboard.
On this dashboard, you can view and change your personal information, such as your home address, emergency contact, and other data points. Please experiment with making changes to these fields and report any unexpected behavior.
