To access your W-2 follow, these steps: Login to Banner SSB Select Employee Employee Dashboard Select Taxes W-2 Wage and Tax Statement If you have not selected the electronic version, you will receive your W-2 in the mail. If you would like to sign up for an electronic copy, you can still do so by selecting the Electronic Regulatory Consent link. Important: Employees with Overtime Wages To access your overtime wages for 2025 please follow these steps: Login to Banner SSB Select Employee Employee Dashboard Earnings Earnings by date range Update the dates From: Jan. 2025 and To: Dec. 2025 Select the drop down for Overtime to access the hours and gross pay.
