As you are aware, we are in the midst of an Institutional Review led by a consulting team at Baker Tilly. I wanted to let you know that this morning, you should expect to receive an email from Baker Tilly with a link to a survey that will ask for your perspective on resource allocation across the College. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary, though we hope you will participate and share your feedback.
The survey will remain open for the next three weeks, closing at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 27. Survey responses are confidential, and individual survey results will be reviewed solely by the Baker Tilly team. Only overarching ratings and themes will be included in the final report.
I encourage everyone to participate in this process. Your feedback will enable CC to more effectively modernize operations, protect our financial sustainability, and enhance leadership and governance. It will also inform strategic initiatives in key areas—including strengthening our institutional foundation, improving the academic experience, deepening alumni and community engagement, and supporting excellence in student outcomes.
