Respond to Proposed Changes to Title IX Regulations by Sept. 12

Dear CC Community,

On June 23, 2022, the U.S. Department of Education released proposed changes to the 2020 Title IX regulations. Title IX is the federal law that protects people from sex-based discrimination in educational institutions that receive federal funding. These proposed changes are subject to a 60-day public review and comment period. The deadline to submit a comment on these proposed changes is Monday, Sept. 12.

Public comment periods are an important opportunity to have your voice heard by our government on issues that directly affect you.
