Our print portal is changing.
In order to best support the print needs of the campus community, continue to operate sustainably, and make best use of college resources, CC will now use a local vendor for print needs.
With shifts to digital signs, e-newsletters, and online event promotion, the need for print materials has decreased in recent years. The CC Print Shop served as a valuable resource for students, faculty, and staff for many years though with the decrease in volume, there is no longer a demand for extensive on-campus print services.
Campus leaders reviewed proposals from several area print providers. They selected DocuMart as the new campus printing partner. DocuMart will make it possible to consolidate all CC-related printing services to one vendor, offers a locally-based provider with an easy online ordering portal (similar to what is used on campus now), and will continue to include free delivery of print projects to campus and a competitive price.
As part of this partnership, you can order:
- CC name badges
- Selection of CC branded items
- Stationary
- Notecards
- Envelopes
- Business cards
- Name tags and name plates
- Posters and flyers
- Other custom print orders
You may pay by phone with credit card and employees can continue using a department budget code (FOAP). There continues to be a three-business day turnaround between order and delivery. CC Mail Services will still deliver employee/department orders, as well as serve as campus liaison for print needs.
Please continue to
use Canva, a resource for CC-branded templates, to design your projects and then use this new portal to print them. If needed, you can employ DocuMart’s services to design projects using CC branding.
