Students should complete the CC internal application in Summit before this date for all partner-led spring semester away programs, or the program application for the CC Semester in France program. 

We recommend early application as many programs close early.

How do I look for courses that have field trips? 

It’s actually pretty easy.  When you look at the Course Schedule in Banner, find the “Requirements/Attributes” column of course listings and you will see “Field Trip Course” listed.  Many field trips are available at no added cost, but if there is a course fee, it will be listed as part of the course description.  There are typically 200 or more courses every year that contain some type of field trip, from part of a day to a week or longer.  Plenty of chances to get out there and connect classroom learning with the world outside our campus. 

WHEN WILL SUMMER & 25-26 BLOCKS BE ANNOUNCED?

Fall is when faculty develop their proposals for the next year’s block away programs, so we do not have next year’s blocks set yet, but the announcements will be coming soon.

Expect announcements about Summer 2025 in October.

Our Summer Fair will be on November 21st.

Announcements about 2025-2026 Blocks Away will start in December.

Our Study Away Fair will be on January 30.
