We are actively searching for an AVP of Talent Acquisition and Development. This role is an update of the AVP of Workplace Culture position. The person in this role will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition, talent development, and performance feedback processes as influences on our shared culture.
We are also sharing that Sara San Souci and Courtney Gibson have moved on to other roles outside HR. We will be waiting to post Sara’s position until we’ve hired the AVP of Talent Acquisition and Development, but Courtney’s position will be posted soon. Please let people know about this opportunity in HR!

Compensation and Benefits Survey Season
|
Annually, Human Resources participates in compensation and benefits surveys to stay abreast of industry trends and how the labor market changes year to year. The results of these surveys inform our decisions pertaining to things like: benchmark matches for CC jobs, recommendations for the annual budgets for compensation and benefits, and what peer institutions are thinking about in the total rewards space. This time of preparation is busy for the HR team, but is critical in ensuring we are up to date on designing our total rewards program here at CC. We are committed to bringing you competitive total rewards and are already hard at work preparing for the next fiscal year.
