Collectively, studying and working on the Block Plan is more successful when we prioritize our health. Vaccination for easily transmissible viruses can reduce chances of contracting the virus and can reduce the length and severity of illness. The Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment has released a public health order allowing all adults to receive the COVID vaccine, in addition to the influenza vaccine. CC will be hosting five on-campus opportunities for all students, faculty, and staff to receive these vaccines. Sign up for a date and time that is most convenient for your schedule.
We are also proud of a collaboration between the Fine Arts Center (FAC) and Health & Wellbeing, where we will be providing vaccines at the FAC on Friday, Sept. 26, as part of the opening day events for “Open Hearted,” an exhibit examining the history, meaning, and contemporary realities of health care and wellbeing. Families of CC students, faculty, and staff are welcome at this event.
Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment to receive free vaccines. We are unable to cover the cost for individuals without insurance.
