As we approach the holiday season, we want to ensure you are aware of a change to our year-end payroll schedule.
In previous years, the Payroll Office processed the payroll over the Christmas break ahead of schedule to accommodate holiday closures. This year, we will be maintaining our standard payroll schedule, and payroll will be processed and sent out on its regular due date, December 31, 2025. Please refer to the Payroll Calendar for information on when to approve timesheets and leave reports.
This is a change from past practice, and we appreciate your understanding as we align with our standard procedures.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the timing of your pay, or if this change may cause any undue hardship, we encourage you to contact the Payroll Office as soon as possible.
