In 2025, we shared that changes to faculty and staff printing would take effect at the end of this academic year as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen network security. A reminder about these changes went out about a month ago. The changes go into effect today.
If you haven’t already done so, remove your existing network printers and follow the instructions below to reinstall them (note this will only work from campus).
