After careful consideration, Cabinet has made the decision to pause implementation of a recently released policy regarding Holiday Pay.
Following conversations among Cabinet and with members of the campus community, the policy has been returned to the originating committee for additional revisions. The refined policy will then undergo an IDEAL equity audit before the final draft proposal is resubmitted to Cabinet in Block 2. Given the operational and financial nature of this policy, this policy will not be posted for a 30-day public comment period.
