I am pleased to share that Rosalie Rodriguez has agreed to serve as Interim Dean of Students for the remainder of the 2026-2027 academic year. Her first day in the role will be Sept. 16, 2026.
Rosalie brings more than 25 years of experience in higher education and student development to the Dean of Students office. She joined the Colorado College community in 2020 as Senior Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Butler Center, and most recently served as CC’s first College Diversity Officer. Throughout her career, Rosalie has focused on developing student leaders, mentoring, advocacy and support, and building systems that help students thrive.
In a period of significant institutional change, Rosalie brings continuity and executive experience to Student Life. She knows our students and our community deeply, with strong relationships across the College that will help her advance the priorities already underway. I am confident she will provide thoughtful, steady leadership for the division this year as we determine next steps for filling the permanent position.
I am grateful to Rosalie for stepping into this role and for her continued commitment to Colorado College. Please join me in welcoming her back to Student Life.
Warmly,
