Dialogue on Commencement Speaker

Join us for the Next Work of the College Roadshow

Join Us Next Week for the Work of the College Roadshow: Staff Compensation

Join Ryan Simmons, vice president of people and workplace culture, Lori Seager, vice president of finance and chief financial officer, and Laurie Mozingo, associate vice president for people operations, on Tuesday, April 25, 2-3 p.m., in JLK McHugh Commons, to learn about staff compensation at Colorado College. They will discuss current pay practices at CC, some initial results from our external audit, and approaches to compensation in the 2023 pay cycle.

Roadshows are part of The Work of the College, a year-long series designed in response to the ModernThink employee engagement survey results. The program has four goals: (1) clarify organizational structures and decision-making processes; (2) offer campus constituencies the opportunity to engage in dialogue with leadership about campus affairs; (3) increase decision-making transparency in hopes of building trust; and (4) build community.

The Work of the College series consists of:

  • Community Conversations (dialogue about specific topics)
  • Roadshows (presentations and Q&As)
  • Board of Trustees Town Halls (informational updates)

Thank you for helping celebrate CC’s student-athletes!

Your faculty athletics representatives – Pedro de Araujo and I – appreciate your attention this week. We hope you’ve learned a bit more about Division III and our amazing student-athletes!

Outside of our team community service, I chose to do additional service at Care and Share Southern Colorado Food Bank.
