We’re getting ready for a new parking year. Online vehicle and parking permit registration for faculty and staff opens Monday, June 8, at 8 a.m.

Before registration opens, please review the following information to help ensure a smooth process. All vehicles must be registered with the Parking Office each year, even if you are not requesting a parking permit. This applies to cars, motorcycles, scooters, and other motor vehicles parked on CC-owned or leased property and designated surrounding streets.

Parking permits are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so faculty and staff are encouraged to register early once the system opens. Permit selections will be honored as space allows. If your selected area is full, Parking will assign the next closest available option.

Faculty and staff may register up to three vehicles per permit; however, only one registered vehicle may be parked on campus at a time. The permit must be displayed in the vehicle parked on campus.

Please carefully review the display requirements to help avoid parking citations throughout the year. A parking map is also available to help you select the correct permit and parking area. Once registration opens, a step-by-step online guide will be available to help you complete your vehicle and permit registration through the online system.

If you did not complete the All-College Course Evaluation in your current class during the fourth week, please remember to log-in to Banner to complete the evaluation form, which will be accessible to you only until the second Monday of next block when course grades are submitted. Course evaluations are always anonymous, and they are used by faculty when they revise courses in future years.  Evaluations are also seen by committees and the Dean of the Faculty when faculty members are being reviewed for tenure and promotion.

Faculty value student responses and appreciate your participation in this important process.

Enjoy your Block Break!

Sincerely,

The training will be available in the KnowBe4 platform beginning Monday, Aug. 17.  Employees will receive an email with the link to access the training when it opens. All faculty and staff will have 60 days to complete the required modules, with a deadline of Friday, Oct. 16.
