CC employees, including student employees, will have the option to obtain tax documents through Self-Service Banner<\/a> beginning Jan. 1, 2023.<\/span><\/div>\n

By consenting to receive your tax statement(s) W-2s and 1095s electronically, you agree to return to SSB each year to print the needed copies of your tax forms, as you will need to attach your tax forms to federal, state, or local income tax returns. Individuals should review the instructions for each form and\/or consult with a tax advisor on use of the form\u2019s information.<\/span><\/div>\n
