March 1 marks the beginning of our annual performance evaluation process at Colorado College!<\/strong> <\/span><\/h1>\n

The 2022-23 forms will be available March 1 on the HR website<\/a>. You can also find resources to help you navigate the process with your supervisor over the next several weeks.<\/div>\n

The annual performance evaluation is a tool that helps you celebrate the hard work you have done over the last year and think about growth opportunities and priorities for next year.<\/div>\n

This year\u2019s performance evaluation is a simple form asking you to 1. Reflect<\/strong> on your work and contributions, 2. Look Ahead<\/strong> and ask for the support you need from your supervisor, and 3. Consider College Goals<\/strong> to ensure the work you\u2019re committing to is in alignment with other priorities at CC.<\/div>\n
