Don’t forget to join Ryan Simmons, vice president of people and workplace culture, Lori Seager, vice president of finance and chief financial officer, and Laurie Mozingo, associate vice president for people operations, tomorrow, Tuesday, April 25 at 2-3 p.m<\/strong>., in JLK McHugh Commons, to learn about staff compensation at Colorado College. Roadshows are part of The Work of the College, a year-long series designed in response to the ModernThink employee engagement survey results. The program has four goals: (1) clarify organizational structures and decision-making processes; (2) offer campus constituencies the opportunity to engage in dialogue with leadership about campus affairs; (3) increase decision-making transparency in hopes of building trust; and (4) build community.<\/div>\n
