Pam’s career in HR began in 1988 with Walter Drake and Sons where she managed payroll and benefits processes, employee relations, policy development, and communications. She served as editor of the employee newsletter and led the implementation of an automated time and attendance system. Pam joined Colorado College in 1998 as an Employment Specialist. In this role, Pam was instrumental in the college’s conversion to the Banner enterprise-wide database. Pam’s current role includes oversight of the HR module of Banner and supporting the salary administration, job classifications, and talent acquisition functions. Pam attended the Detroit College of Business and has participated in numerous HR professional development seminars with Mountain States Employers Council.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n

Salary\/pay change letters with individual information will be mailed to employee homes to arrive before July 1<\/strong>. Please be sure that HR has your correct mailing address as soon as possible.
