Dear staff members,  <\/p>\n

We\u2019re changing the way we order plain letter (8.5\u201d x 11\u201d) copier paper. Instead of using the old Office Depot purchasing portal, we have a large amount of paper warehoused on campus (which allows us to both deliver it more quickly and also save a lot of money from the bulk purchase). This paper has been centrally purchased so there is no cost to your department for it and no need to store a whole bunch of plain paper in your office. <\/p>\n

We\u2019ve updated the Paper Ordering guide<\/a> on our website to reflect this change.<\/p>\n

Note that this new method is only for plain paper \u2013 if you need to order specialty paper (legal [8.5\u201d x 14\u201d], tabloid [11\u201d x 17\u201d], or specialty [bond or specially colored paper]) you\u2019ll order that with your department\u2019s budget code from your own preferred paper source (Amazon, Office Depot, Paper Source, Guiry\u2019s, or others). <\/p>\n
