President\u2019s Leadership Awards Revamped! <\/span>

As Colorado College actively and collectively works to institutionalize our ADEI commitment, the President\u2019s Leadership Awards were also revisited and evaluated for equity and inclusion. The President\u2019s Division is committed to providing fair recognition, so, feedback was captured to help inform improvements to the awards program. Nomination criteria was revised to include anti-oppressive consideration and reduce bias. Past award recipients are also being audited. And feedback is continually welcome to help inform future improvements.  <\/p>\n

In an effort to provide greater transparency, you will now find demographic information on past honorees on the website. Nominators can also help the awards program reach further equity and inclusion by providing their demographic information if they wish. Action has been taken on all of this and more in an effort to assure everyone has an opportunity to be honored in this way.  <\/p>\n
