Nominations for the President\u2019s Leadership Awards are still open<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Reclaimed from the trees taken down during the construction of Tutt Library, the Heartwood Trophies honor not only our people but also our sense of place. Award recipients will have their names engraved alongside the growth rings, a $2,500 cash prize will be distributed per award among the recipients, and they will be honored at Spring Conference<\/a> on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024.<\/div>\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
Rumors of luck and fortuity also surround the trophies. Recipients of years past reported the trophies increased office visitors, evoked pleasant memories, and made office plants grow more than usual. There was even a report that an honoree was never without a pen the year they had the trophy. So please, help cultivate these honors and nominate a colleague today!<\/div>\n

Now is the time to give back to individuals or groups who have made a difference in your life and the lives of others at CC. As part of our strategic initiative to foster workplace excellence, it\u2019s important to recognize those who are making a difference. Visit President\u2019s Leadership Award – Colorado College<\/a> to learn more about the awards program and the nomination criteria, and to submit a nomination.
