As part of our commitment to helping you and your family thrive, beginning January 1, 2024, CC will implement several leave enhancements<\/a>. These changes have already been shared at in-the-loop, in People Connections<\/em> (the HR newsletter), through open forums, and other venues. One highlight of these enhancements is that hourly employees will begin accruing leave at the same rate as salaried employees at this time. In addition, employees will have access to the Colorado Paid Family Medical Leave (COPFML).<\/div>\n
