With regards to the Peeping Tom notice sent to off-campus students last fall, Campus Safety is providing the following update in cooperation with the Colorado Springs Police Department: the suspect in these cases has been arrested. The suspect is identified as Troy Deck, a 54-year-old male. <\/span><\/div>\n
