Updated instructions for entering hours on your timesheet for Spring Break<\/h1>\n

The timesheet deadline will be a quick turnaround when we return from Spring Break. If you are not working over Spring Break, you can submit your timesheet before break. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span> <\/p>\n

If you did not work<\/strong> Wednesday, March 20, Thursday, March 21, and Friday, March 22, please record your scheduled hours under \u201cSpring Break.\u201d<\/div>\n

<\/span> <\/p>\n

If you were REQUIRED to work<\/strong> on Wednesday, March 20, Thursday, March 21, and Friday, March 22, please record the hours that you worked in BOTH the \u201cregular pay\u201d (for hours worked) and \u201cSpring Break\u201d (for hours scheduled). Timesheets are due by the end of business, Monday, March 25<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

Please note:<\/strong> <\/h2>\n
Student employees should only be entering the hours they have actually worked using the regular hours row on their timesheets. Student employees do not qualify for  \u201cSpring Break\u201d or other holiday hours. Student employee timesheets are due by the end of business, Monday, March 25.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
