The April 2024 Performance Conversation cycle opens for Staff on Monday, March 25.<\/p>\n<\/h1>\n
The April Performance Conversation cycle will open on Monday, March 25, for benefits eligible staff. This training video<\/a> is available to walk you through the Performance Conversation process and answer many of your questions. <\/p>\n

Performance Conversation cycles are broken down into the following three stages:<\/p>\n

1.The Self-Review | Available beginning March 25.<\/strong><\/div>\n

All benefits eligible staff hired prior to March 1 must complete a self-review no later than Friday, April 12.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

 2.The Supervisor Summary | Complete prior to April 26.<\/strong> <\/div>\n

If you supervise Staff, you will need to provide comments and ratings as part of the Supervisor Summary. You can begin your Supervisor Summary as soon as the employee submits their Self-Review, and complete this no later than Friday, April 26.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 3.The Performance Conversation | Complete prior to May 5.<\/strong> <\/div>\n

After the Self-Review and Supervisor Summary have both been submitted, the parties will come together and have the Performance Conversation. This is where performance feedback will be discussed, new goals will be co-created, and any needs for training or future support can be identified. <\/div>\n

Once the Performance Conversation cycle closes on May 5<\/strong>, you will not be able to edit comments or ratings.<\/p>\n
