class=\"e2ma-p-div\" style=\"display: block;margin-bottom: 10px;font-size: 12px;font-weight: normal;line-height: 1.5;font-family: Georgia, serif;font-size: 16px;line-height: 21px;color: #454b55;font-family: Georgia, serif;font-size: 16px;line-height: 21px;color: #454b55;line-height: 22.4px\">  The April Performance Conversation cycle will open on Monday, March 25, for benefits eligible staff.  <a data-name=\"This training video\" data-type=\"url\" href=\"https:\/\/t.e2ma.net\/click\/7ywouh\/nr5ib5j\/rm0mgp\" style=\"font-weight: normal;font-weight: normal;color: #7a6646;text-decoration: underline;color: #7a6646;text-decoration: underline\">  This training video<\/a> is available to walk you through the Performance Conversation process and answer many of your questions.  <\/p>\n<p>  Performance Conversation cycles are broken down into the following three stages:<\/p>\n<p>  <strong>1.The Self-Review | Available beginning March 25.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"e2ma-p-div\" style=\"display: block;margin-bottom: 10px;font-size: 12px;font-weight: normal;line-height: 1.5;font-family: Georgia, serif;font-size: 16px;line-height: 21px;color: #454b55;font-family: Georgia, serif;font-size: 16px;line-height: 21px;color: #454b55;line-height: 22.4px\">  All benefits eligible staff hired prior to March 1 must complete a self-review no later than  <strong>Friday, April 12.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>  <strong>&nbsp;2.The Supervisor Summary | Complete prior to April 26.<\/strong>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"e2ma-p-div\" style=\"display: block;margin-bottom: 10px;font-size: 12px;font-weight: normal;line-height: 1.5;font-family: Georgia, serif;font-size: 16px;line-height: 21px;color: #454b55;font-family: Georgia, serif;font-size: 16px;line-height: 21px;color: #454b55\">  If you supervise Staff, you will need to provide comments and ratings as part of the Supervisor Summary. You can begin your Supervisor Summary as soon as the employee submits their Self-Review, and complete this no later than  <strong>Friday, April 26.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  <strong>&nbsp;3.The Performance Conversation | Complete prior to May 5.<\/strong>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"e2ma-p-div\" style=\"display: block;margin-bottom: 10px;font-size: 12px;font-weight: normal;line-height: 1.5;font-family: Georgia, serif;font-size: 16px;line-height: 21px;color: #454b55;font-family: Georgia, serif;font-size: 16px;line-height: 21px;color: #454b55\">  After the Self-Review and Supervisor Summary have both been submitted, the parties will come together and have the Performance Conversation.
