Compensation Updates<\/strong><\/span>

On July 1, annual staff compensation changes were implemented for all staff. Everyone received at least a 2% raise and we raised the living wage at CC by 10%, among other changes implemented to support internal and external equity. These changes were made in alignment with our compensation philosophy<\/a>. After 10 years of service to CC, Laurie Mozingo will be retiring on August 2. Laurie has worked in so many ways to serve our employees during her time here, so to highlight a few of her impacts is to miss many others. However, some ways she has made a difference include: <\/div>\n
