The Department of Theatre and Dance invites you to our Open House Party this Friday, Sept. 6, from 3-5 p.m. in Cornerstone Arts Center<\/strong>. Complete our challenge for a chance to win prizes! There will also be food and opportunities to socialize with Theatre and Dance faculty and students. Stop by if you are interested in dance, acting, directing, theatrical design, technical theatre, performing, or if you want to de-stress and have some fun. You will also learn about how to become involved in dance and theatre at CC. Auditions for the department\u2019s first production of the year, Everybody<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0by Brandon Jacobs-Jenkins, are set for Sept. 4 and 9, from 3-5 p.m. on both days in Cornerstone Arts Center<\/strong>. \u201cThis modern riff on the fifteenth-century morality play Everyman<\/em> follows Everybody as they journey through life\u2019s greatest mystery\u2014the meaning of living.\u201d<\/p>\n

Caitlin Lowans, the Producing Artistic Director at Theatreworks Colorado Springs, the professional theatre-in-residence at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, joins us to direct Everybody.<\/em><\/p>\n
