The four Heartwood Trophies are beginning to stir, ready to move to a new place on campus. Do you know someone who could be their next recipient? Submit a nomination today for the President\u2019s Leadership Awards<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Recipients of the Heartwood Trophies are faculty and staff, or a group of colleagues, who make an impact as strong leaders, innovative role models, and positive collaborators. Many faculty and staff do amazing work at CC. This is an opportunity to honor some of the unique contributions, especially those that are not always seen.<\/p>\n

You can submit nominations now through Friday, Nov. 1<\/strong>,\u00a0to one, a few, or all of the four award categories<\/a> of the President\u2019s Leadership Awards:\u00a0Brian Young\u2019s Community Service Award, Victor Nelson-Cisneros\u2019 Diversity and Inclusion Award, Glenn Brooks\u2019 Innovation and Courage Award, and Jane Cauvel\u2019s Cultivating Collaboration and Community-building Award.<\/p>\n

The Presidential Leadership Awards Program is run by the President\u2019s Office with the help of the CC community. We remain committed to ensuring equitable practices are at the forefront \u2013 from nominations to the review committee process. The President\u2019s Office will continue to welcome feedback to evaluate and improve the program as we all collectively work together to advance our ADEI commitment.<\/p>\n
