At Colorado College, we believe that everyone has the potential to grow, and feedback is a key tool which helps us improve and be recognized &#8211; both individually and as a community.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the size of our staff community and the reporting structure at the college, anonymized feedback can be challenging. To encourage participation and honest responses, survey results will only be shared with the <a style=\"font-weight: normal; color: #7a6646; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/t.e2ma.net\/click\/n75lmi\/nr5ib5j\/biavgq\" data-name=\"Cabinet member\" data-type=\"url\"> Cabinet member<\/a> overseeing the division, and only if at least three responses are received.
