It\u2019s hard to believe, but winter weather is coming and we want to make sure our campus community is prepared and safe. As a residential college, CC never completely closes, even in severe weather. Preparing for winter weather can reduce unnecessary risks while meeting the needs of our students. CC has a severe weather policy<\/a> to guide attendance and expectations in these situations.\u00a0If you need to stay home for a non-CC weather closure that affects your dependent(s), please speak to your supervisor about using sick leave or vacation leave for this purpose.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

PageUp is live! In addition to being used for faculty postings and applications, it is now being used for requisitions (formerly SPAFs) for staff postings. A new process is launching with the October 2024 Performance Conversation cycle, allowing employees to give feedback about their experience working with their direct supervisor. At CC we believe that everyone has the potential to grow, and feedback is a key tool which helps us improve and be recognized – both individually and as a community. The survey will be open through Friday, Nov. 8<\/strong> and can be accessed via this anonymous link<\/a>. Due to the size of our staff community, and the reporting structure at CC, anonymized feedback can be challenging.
