We find ourselves faced with much activity in our community over the coming weeks: the 2024 election cycle is simultaneously winding up and down, the final days of Block 3 are upon us, and many are preparing for holidays, homecoming and so much more. It is no surprise that many of us are feeling it – excitement, dread, giddiness, angst, or just the stress of everyday life.<\/p>\n

Wherever you find yourself positioned in our community and within yourself, there are many opportunities at CC to find respite, release, a friendly ear, or engaging conversation. I encourage you to take some time to reflect on how you can best meet your own physical, mental, spiritual, intellectual, and social needs.
