Last year, as a way to improve efficiency across campus, the community was asked to submit events for the year by the end of March. We received a great response which allowed us to support all events more effectively, create a categorization system, reduce conflicting and overlapping events, and provide more support. Events will now be categorized in the following five categories:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

  2. College Business<\/li>\n
  3. Athletics<\/li>\n
  4. Student Events<\/li>\n
  5. Community\/Conferences\/Chapel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

    *subcategories exist within each category allowing us effectively provide support where needed.<\/em><\/p>\n

    We are once again reaching out to ask that you submit your events in Momentus, the campus scheduling system, for the 2025-26 AY by March 31.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    By submitting your event plans in March, we can:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
