In January, we sent an email asking the campus community to submit events for the 2025-26 AY by the end of March. The deadline is fast approaching!<\/p>\n

Last year, we received a great response which allowed us to support all events more effectively, create a categorization system, and reduce conflicting and overlapping events. As a reminder, events will now be placed in the following five categories:<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

  1. Signature<\/li>\n
  2. College Business<\/li>\n
  3. Athletics<\/li>\n
  4. Student Events<\/li>\n
  5. Community\/Conferences\/Chapel<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

    *Subcategories exist within each category allowing us to effectively provide support where needed.<\/em><\/p>\n

    Please take a look at what your plans will be for the upcoming year, and submit your events in Momentus, the campus scheduling system, for the 2025-26 AY by Monday,<\/strong> Mar. 31. <\/strong>If you have an event with over 100 attendees and don\u2019t submit the event by March 31, you will need to get approval from the College Events Operational Group (CEOG) to host the event. The CEOG will review requests at their monthly meetings.<\/p>\n
