Thank you to everyone who participated in our recent feedback on performance conversations.\u202fWe heard you<\/strong>, and as a result, we are making some changes to better reflect the needs and rhythms of our community. Your thoughtful engagement continues to shape a process that is both responsive and supportive. <\/p>\n

As a reminder, these conversations are an opportunity to celebrate what is going well, identify areas that may need extra attention, and make adjustments to stay on track. <\/p>\n

What\u2019s Changing:<\/strong>\u202f <\/p>\n

1. We are moving from requiring four<\/strong> formal conversations to two<\/strong> formal conversations per year.   <\/p>\n

2. We will also have two optional check-ins.  Please note, the check-ins are required<\/strong> if a rating is or may be a 1 or 2, AND it is highly encouraged to complete the required and recommended conversations for all employees. \u202f<\/p>\n

See below for a visual representation of the conversations and check-ins.<\/em> <\/p>\n

3. We have scheduled the conversations in line with our semester cadence to better align with the academic calendar. <\/p>\n
