As part of our commitment to transparency, we\u2019re pleased to share that your personalized Total Rewards Statement<\/strong> for Fiscal Year 2025 will be mailed out on September 12<\/strong>. This statement outlines the full value of the compensation and benefits you received over the past year.<\/p>\n

Total Rewards represent the full value of what CC provides to you as an employee \u2014 not just your paycheck but also health and wellness benefits, retirement contributions, time off, professional development opportunities, and more. It\u2019s our way of recognizing your contributions and supporting your well-being, both at work and beyond.<\/p>\n
