Upcoming Emergency Preparedness Exercise<\/h1>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

We want to let you know about an upcoming emergency exercise<\/strong> taking place on Tuesday, Sep. 30, at 8 a.m.<\/strong> This drill is part of our continued commitment to ensuring the safety and preparedness of our campus.<\/p>\n

The exercise will take place near the intersection of Nevada Ave. and Dale St.<\/strong> and will bring together the CC Incident Management Team<\/strong> with partners from CommonSpirit Health, the Colorado Springs Police Department, and the Colorado Springs Fire Department.<\/strong> This exercise will also include nursing students from UCCS, with moulage (simulated injuries) to act as patients in the mock disaster scenario.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
