The purpose of this agreement is to clarify roles, improve communication, and promote effective collaboration among campus partners. The MOU will be updated and   signed annually by campus partners to maintain a clear understanding of each department&#8217;s event responsibilities.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px\"><em><strong>Space Governance Operational Group (SGOG)<\/strong><br \/>  <\/em>The first review window for the Space Request Process Pilot will close at the end of this block (Block 2), on Wednesday, Oct. 15. For the pilot year (Fall 2025), the deadline has been extended to the last day of Block 2, with responses provided by the   end of Block 3. You can find more information about the <a href=\"https:\/\/t.e2ma.net\/click\/v9gqpj\/nr5ib5j\/z4r6iv\" style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #4764ae;\">  space request process and the form to submit your request here<\/a>. <strong>Please note<\/strong> that academic departments working on new tenure-track faculty hires should not use this form but instead work directly through the Dean of the Faculty\u2019s Office.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0\"><em><strong>Parent Experience Operational Group<br \/>  <\/strong><\/em>The Parent Experience Standing Operational Group has finalized its charge and goals for the academic year. Building on the recommendations from the Temporary Operational Group, our team is focused on advancing a more holistic parent experience   that aligns with and supports student success at CC. The Residential Experience Team   did an excellent job communicating with parents regarding the situation. Facilities was able to bring the residential spaces back online within two days. The overall collaborative effort assisted in minimizing impacts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;margin-bottom:16px\">A discussion of the swatting incidents occurring across college campuses nationwide, including Colorado, was discussed. Staff members from Campus Safety have attended training presented by the FBI regarding swatting calls.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0\">We would like to inform you about an upcoming emergency exercise that occurred on Tuesday, Sep. 30 at 8 a.m. This drill was part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and preparedness of our campus community. The exercise took place   near the intersection of Nevada Ave. and Dale St. The CC Incident Management Team participated in an emergency exercise with partners from Common Spirit Health, Colorado Springs Police Department, and Colorado Springs Fire Department.
