The Office of Communications & Marketing invites you to the next Work of the College: <\/em>Brand Refresh Miniseries<\/em> session, Brand <\/strong>Expression in Digital: CC’s <\/strong>Web Refresh<\/strong>, an inside look at the next chapter of Colorado College\u2019s digital presence. Join us Thursday, Oct. 23, from 3-4 p.m. in Bemis Great Hall.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This session will introduce the elevated Web & Digital Experience Program at CC \u2013 its purpose, objectives, and focus initiatives\u2014while showcasing how it supports our shared goal of sharing CC\u2019s story in engaging, interactive, and accessible ways. You\u2019ll learn how the Brand Refresh is applied to our website, what the website refresh project entails (and what it doesn\u2019t), and how it will enhance our ability to express CC\u2019s distinctive voice and visual identity online. OCM\u2019s Web & Digital Experience Program Director Mark Lee will walk through the overall project timeline and offer a few exciting sneak previews of what\u2019s to come. <\/p>\n

You\u2019ll also hear how CC is ensuring quality and consistency through a robust testing process. From sitewide accessibility checks and design validation to page-level reviews, this collaborative effort will rely on the participation of web authors across campus<\/em>. The session will outline what to look for when previewing your pages, how to report issues, and the timeline for submitting feedback.<\/p>\n

The Work of the College<\/em> Series<\/em> is a year-long program of events with four goals: (1) clarify organizational structures and decision-making processes; (2) offer campus constituencies the opportunity to dialogue with leadership about campus affairs; (3) increase decision-making transparency in hopes of building trust; and (4) build community.<\/p>\n
