Join President Manya Whitaker and Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer Lori Seager on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 3\u20134 p.m. in the Timothy Fuller Space, Tutt Library<\/strong>, for an overview of CC\u2019s transition to an All-Funds Budgeting model<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This new approach integrates all revenue sources\u2014including tuition and fees, endowment payouts, gifts, and capital funds\u2014into a unified framework that aligns resources with institutional priorities. By viewing all funds strategically, CC aims to strengthen financial sustainability, reduce dependence on student tuition, and advance the college\u2019s mission through intentional investment.<\/p>\n

The session will provide insight into how All-Funds Budgeting supports responsible stewardship, enhances transparency, and simplifies departmental budget management. This shift represents an important step in building a more equitable and strategic foundation for the College\u2019s future.<\/p>\n
