Managing Your Voluntary Retirement Savings Just Got Easier.<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

CC has added some enhancements to the Colorado College Voluntary Retirement Plan to give you more flexibility when contributing to your voluntary retirement account. As a reminder, you cannot make changes to your mandatory plan. For details on CC\u2019s retirement plans, please reference the 2026 Benefits Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The following enhancements went into effect on <\/strong>Oct. <\/strong>24:<\/p>\n

Online salary deferral<\/strong>: Visit tiaa.org\/coloradocollege<\/a> to log in to your TIAA account to enroll or make changes to your voluntary contribution amount or percentage at any time. This process will no longer be completed through a paper form with Human Resources.<\/p>\n

Self-directed automatic increases<\/strong>: You can now set up self-directed automatic increases for your contributions to help build your savings faster. Visit tiaa.org\/coloradocollege<\/a>, where you can select the amount of the increase, the frequency, and when to start and stop.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
