As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a professional, safe, and responsible workplace, all staff have been asked to complete two standard acknowledgements:<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

  2. Acknowledgement of Confidentiality Requirements (formerly titled Non-Disclosure Agreement)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

    This request was sent via Adobe Sign as part of a phased rollout. In this initial round, the request was sent to all staff who were in active positions at Colorado College at the time of distribution. Future onboarding processes will include these acknowledgements for new employees.<\/p>\n

    The purpose of these acknowledgements is to confirm that you have reviewed College policies and understand your responsibilities as an employee. They do not introduce new requirements or expectations.<\/strong> Rather, they document existing legal, regulatory, and institutional obligations that already apply to all employees in the course of their work here at CC.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

    We want to acknowledge that we have listened carefully to feedback from the community. In response, we are updating the title of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to \u201cAcknowledgement of Confidentiality Requirements\u201d to better reflect its purpose and provide clarity. This change is intended to make the language more transparent while maintaining the existing commitments regarding the protection of confidential information.<\/p>\n

    If you signed the document prior to its renaming and would like to provide a new signature reflecting the updated title “Acknowledgement of Confidentiality Requirements,\u201d please reach out to Human Resources at hr@coloradocollege.edu<\/a><\/a>, and we will be happy to assist.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

You are not expected to memorize the handbook.
