As we begin the spring semester, I\u2019m pleased to share our Winter State of the College update.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s address takes a slightly different approach. Rather than a formal speech, I\u2019m joined in conversation by Student Body President Royce Hinojosa \u201926. Together, we reflect on the progress we\u2019ve made so far this academic year, the priorities shaping the months ahead, and the broader forces influencing higher education. I will continue to share these updates twice annually, sometimes varying the format as I\u2019ve done here.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

My goal in providing information through a variety of channels\u2014State of the College updates, our recent Annual Report<\/a>, divisional strategic plans<\/a> and progress reports, and in-person events like our upcoming Spring Conference on Feb. 6\u2014is to empower you to engage meaningfully and take shared responsibility for a thriving CC.<\/p>\n
